A behind-the-scenes look at our design, printing and quality process — from the photo you upload to the gift that reaches your door.
Ever wondered what happens after you click “Place Order” on a personalized gift? Here is a behind-the-scenes look at how your custom gift comes to life, from the moment you upload a photo to the day it reaches your door.
Step 1: You Share Your Idea
Every custom gift starts with your input—a photo, a name, a date, or a message. Our product pages guide you through exactly what each item needs, so you never have to guess.
Tip: Original photos straight from your phone or camera work better than screenshots or WhatsApp-compressed images.
Step 2: Design Review
Before anything is printed, our design team reviews your photo and text. We check resolution, cropping, and placement so the final product looks the way you imagined it. If something looks off—a blurry image or text that would get cut—we reach out before proceeding.
Step 3: Printing and Production
Depending on the product, we use sublimation printing, UV printing, or laser engraving. Sublimation infuses the ink into the surface of mugs and cushions for a long-lasting finish, UV printing builds vivid color on hard surfaces like bottles and phone cases, and engraving cuts your design permanently into wood, metal, or glass.
Step 4: Quality Check
Every single piece is inspected by hand. We look at color accuracy, print alignment, and surface finish. Anything that does not meet our standard is reprinted—simple as that.
Step 5: Packing and Dispatch
Personalized gifts are often surprises, so we pack them securely and discreetly. Fragile items like glass frames and ceramic mugs get extra cushioning before they ship across India.
What This Means for You
- Your gift is reviewed by a real person before printing.
- The print method is matched to the product for durability.
- Every order is quality-checked by hand before dispatch.
