Personalizing a 9XO Prints gift takes only a few steps. Choose the product you want, select the available size or style, and open its personalization options.

1. Upload a clear, high-resolution photo in the requested format.
2. Add your text, name, date, or message and check spelling carefully.
3. Adjust the crop or placement where the preview controls are available.
4. Review the preview, product option, quantity, and delivery details before ordering.

For photo frames, mugs, bottles, acrylic gifts, and engraved products, keep important faces and text away from image edges. The on-screen preview is a guide; colours can vary slightly between screens and the finished print.

We begin making your item from the details submitted with the order. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order.
